AI/ML Engineer passionate about building impactful, production-ready AI systems. At Domotz, I designed and deployed the company’s first AI stack—powering tools from a customer-facing LLM chatbot serving 100+ daily users to automation systems that cut information retrieval from days to hours. My experience spans NLP, conversational AI, machine learning, and AWS deployment, with a track record of delivering solutions that drive measurable business value. Before moving to industry, I spent 1.5 years as a PhD researcher at the Italian National PhD in AI, where I modelled human behaviour with incremental learning, created fairness-aware algorithms for networks and tabular data, and published 7 peer-reviewed papers. My academic foundation combines data science, algorithmic fairness, and social network analysis, supported by a Master's degree focused on Data Science & NLP. In the past, I worked as a scriptwriter for short advertisements and a comic book. I use that background to give my AI projects clear narratives, strong vision, and long-term purpose. I thrive on tackling complex, real-world data problems and pushing beyond my comfort zone, always aiming to create systems that make a tangible difference.
