About Federico Pacilli

Currently CEO & Founder of Xbooks, where we develop cutting-edge tax reporting software for investments and digital assets. I hold a BSc in Banking and Financial Markets and combine my financial expertise with a deep passion for technology, digital product creation, and user experience (UX/UI) design. My career has taken me across Spain, the United Kingdom, San Francisco, Italy, and Romania, giving me a global perspective on innovation, technology, and business. I regularly speak at conferences and mentorship programs, such as Startup Program initiatives, on topics including innovation, company building, and scaling digital products. As Co-Founder of ROMI, I contribute to bringing to market a company that helps businesses grow through data-driven marketing strategies, seamless CRM integration, and scalable sales solutions. Previously, I founded BaasBox, a venture-backed software company specializing in mobile applications, which was acquired by Mexedia (ALMEX.PA). In my spare time, I enjoy futsal, paddle, reading, and exploring new places. I’m passionate about philosophy and love immersing myself in new cultures, embracing local traditions to gain different perspectives and broaden my worldview.
