I started by contributing to the creation of a new simulation department, actively participating in shaping its structure and expanding its role over the years. As a department manager, I have led its growth, ensuring continuous improvement in methodologies, quality, and processes. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed key phases of transformation: scaling the team, integrating new skills, and adapting to evolving business needs. By fostering a culture of continuous development and strengthening both technical expertise and operational efficiency, I have ensured that growth was always supported by structured processes, optimized workflows, and enhanced performance. Pursuing an Executive MBA at POLIMI GSoM, I am further developing my skills in business strategy, leadership, and innovation to drive future transformations at the intersection of engineering and business. Currently, I am working on a Business Transformation Project aimed at evolving a service-based business into a new model shaped around new technologies, bridging engineering expertise with cutting-edge digital solutions.
