My current role involves: organizing, developing and delivering training courses (on-site, live online and e-learning) regarding European job mobility and recruiting issues. All trainings are held in English and addressed to the EURES Network (European Labour Authority - Public sector). In specific: On-site training courses are held physically in European cities and involve: • Organization of the event and travel management; • Development and presentation of contents; • Moderation of the course; • Follow up. Live-online video training courses are held online at distance using MS Teams and Webex and involve: • Organization of the course and invitations management; • Creation of contents and presentation; • Moderation of the course; • Follow up (survey, report) E-learning courses creation and development include the following activities: • Provides services for the building of e-Learning courses and Learning platform management; • Provides creation of e-Learning course components including various visuals, infographics, illustrations, animated interactions, GIFs etc; • Building of SCORM compliant e-Learning courses using Articulate Storyline; • Publishing the e-Learning course on the LMS (Docebo); • Coordination of Junior e-Learning Designer/Developer. • Follow up (survey, report) Education: Master's Degree in Training and Development of Human Resources at University of Milan-Bicocca. Previously, Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Society at University of Milan.
