About Federico Rossi

My name is Federico Rossi. I’m a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist-in-training, and integrated ACT therapist with a psychodynamic orientation. But above all, I’m a deeply sensitive person, on a journey.Along the way, I’ve moved through many forms: from actor to therapist, from son to man, from someone who sought shelter in others to someone learning to make a home within. I know what it means to face loneliness, anger, the hunger for love, the fear of not being enough, the struggle with body and identity, and the longing to be truly seen.I work with those who want to transform discomfort into meaning—people who are looking for a safe space to bring their story without feeling judged or boxed in. My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic principles with third-wave cognitive-behavioral techniques (such as ACT, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness), alongside tools like EMDR, positive psychology, and hypnotherapy. This allows me to offer deep, flexible, person-centered care. My goal is not to force brief therapy, but to help each person in the way that is right for them. Sometimes it takes just a few sessions. Other times, the path is longer. I adapt with care and respect.I also give particular importance to imagination as a bridge between the unconscious and the conscious—a precious tool to give form to the invisible and integrate our deeper parts.I believe every human being deserves an authentic relationship in which they can blossom. And I believe in the power of words, of presence, and of the right timing. Sometimes it takes eight sessions. Sometimes twenty. Sometimes it’s the beginning of something more enduring.I don’t promise quick fixes. But I offer presence, depth, and a gaze that goes beyond labels. Because everyone deserves to be seen in their full complexity.I work in both Italian and English, online and in person at my studio in Milan. I collaborate with digital platforms while remaining firmly rooted in clinical practice.
