Federico is normally involved in offshore multi-jurisdictional transactions and structuring work, as well as in providing and coordinating legal services, cross border tax advisory and immigration, counseling foreign and domestic companies, businesses and their owners on all aspects of ownership structure, operations, cross-border transactions, and coordination of tax systems and treaties in various jurisdictions. His focus is transnational companies, high net worth individuals, foreign corporations, and family offices from numerous countries around the world, with the goal of increasing tax and operative efficiency, and preserving global wealth. Federico Tabja is a highly business oriented professional with a broad legal background. He has more than 15 years of experience in wealth structuring, migration, corporate and international business law with a unique combination of training and experience in Chile, China, Spain, and the United States. He has represented fortune 500, Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange companies, family offices and the Government of Chile in key international matters and was selected by the President of Chile as Trade Commissioner in China, Chile`s largest trade and investment partner. Recently, he was acting as Executive Advisor in InvestChile, the Chilean Foreign Investment Promotion Agency.
