About Federico Tessore

I’m an entrepreneur and investment strategist with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and professionalizing businesses in the investment and financial services space.Throughout my career, I’ve founded and led multiple companies focused on wealth management, private investing, and real assets, working with individual investors, entrepreneurs, and management teams across Latin America. My work combines an investor’s mindset with an operator’s discipline, always with a strong focus on long-term value creation, simplicity, and sustainable growth.Today, my professional focus is on investment strategy, wealth management, and the development of scalable investment platforms, while continuing to build teams, improve governance, and optimize business models. I’m particularly interested in projects that require clarity, execution, and a strong alignment between strategy, incentives, and results. In parallel, I serve in leadership roles within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including as Chapter Chair at YPO, contributing to governance, community building, and the development of high-impact leaders.
