About Federico Tinarelli

Experienced project and team lead/R&D scientist, with a broad knowledge and competence in different scientific areas including neuroscience, neuroinflammation/degeneration, oncology, neurodevelopment, pain and metabolic disorders. I am currently managing projects in the context of pharmacology and drug discovery as project leader/manager. I lead interdisciplinary collaborations in a matrix environment to deliver high quality data aimed at supporting R&D of new therapeutics. Very passionate about innovative technologies and therapeutic approaches. I am a proactive team player, leading my team to always strive to make a difference for the company and the project. Fast learner, with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and leadership skills. I am flexible and able to grasp quickly new concepts, background of new therapeutic areas and project requests. I am interested in the establishment, refinement and application of innovative models to bridge early drug discovery to clinical development.
