Fedri is currently working with the Largest SaaS company in Indonesia focusing on the Customer Business Unit to promote a one-stop customer solution for Businesses in Indonesia. Contributing support to Businesses in Indonesia, Fedri has worked with various Industries and Segments understanding the major needs and behavior of the Indonesian workforce thinking on how to actually increase productivity and reduce the Attrition rate of Employees. Prior to Building One-Stop Customer solution, Fedri has 10+ years of experience working in different industries and show high performance with a proven track record. Including being a part of the founding member of GajiGesa Indonesia, leading the Business Development team for HRIS in Mekari, kicking off Indonesia's commercial team for Ogloba.inc, managing more than 25 Top Seller under Lazada Indonesia as well as being the Indonesian Sales Rep for Global Brands under SML Group gave Fedri a strong analytical and negotiation skill. As a proud young Indonesian, Fedri dedicated his early life stage to focus on Education and Courses. Having a goal in mind, Fedri is able to successfully achieve his Bachelor's Degree at the age of 18 years old and get his Postgraduate certificate by the age of 21 years old. He was also nominated for several certifications during his school years such as 'Best Sales'(Humber College - Professional Selling), Youngest Graduate (Universitas Multimedia Nusantara), Scholarship achiever (Cambridge Program - Harapan Bangsa School), and several more.
