About Feena Maximo

As an Operations Control Specialist at Cargill, I manage plant shrinkage and inventory, provide analysis on shrink and plant expenses, and support operations project initiatives. I have been with Cargill for almost three years, starting as a Production Coordinator in September 2022, where I led the collaboration with other departments for inventory related concerns, prepared monthly plant update reports, and assisted other plants in inventory and production issues. I received the Sikat Awardee for outstanding employee of the year in August 2022, thanks to my dedication and performance. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bulacan State University, where I graduated with distinction (Cum Laude) in 2016. I also have six months of experience as an Accounting Associate, where I handled receiving and monitoring of documents for payments, coordinated with suppliers and finance department, and managed communication for the finance department. I have strong analytical, communication, and process improvement skills, which enable me to contribute to the success and efficiency of Cargill's operations. I am motivated by challenging and rewarding projects that enhance my knowledge and skills.
