I lead Brand Marketing Content at McKinsey, shaping the firm’s narrative across brand storytelling, leadership communications, and client impact. Previously, I led internal communications for McKinsey in Greater China, guiding messaging and COVID-19 response during a period of rapid change. I’ve also worked in global communications for McKinsey Digital, with a focus on content strategy, analyst relations, and flagship events such as Davos. I joined McKinsey to launch the firm’s first multimedia knowledge platform—blending editorial expertise with thought leadership and change management. Before consulting, I was an editor at TIME and Vanity Fair, covering culture, fashion, politics, and the ideas that shape how we live. Beyond McKinsey, I’ve led content strategy for brands including Alternative Apparel, Boll & Branch, Milani Cosmetics, and NAPA. My writing has appeared in Vice, Dwell, Slate, Marie Claire, and others.
