About Felica Sharon

I specialize in global and strategic partnerships in higher education and currently serve as the Global Partnerships Coordinator at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). In this role, I facilitate international collaborations, advance institutional engagement, and contribute to the global positioning of the university. Previously, I served as Deputy Head of UPH’s Task Force for the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025. I led the university’s first participation in the rankings, which resulted in a top-three position among private universities in Indonesia and top 13 nationally. This experience strengthened my commitment to higher education systems that are equity-driven, globally responsive, and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). With a background in International Relations and hands-on experience in institutional cooperation, education policy, and multilateral engagement, I work at the intersection of diplomacy, education, and development. I am particularly interested in exploring structural interdependencies, crafting inclusive global learning ecosystems, and building cross-sector partnerships that create long-term impact. My long-term goal is to contribute to education policy and global partnerships that are both locally grounded and globally relevant—shaping systems that empower communities while advancing collective progress.
