Experienced economist with deep expertise in EU affairs, institutional relations, and strategic policy advocacy. I have a strong track record of leading complex consultancy and advocacy projects across key EU policy areas, including energy, industrial competitiveness, innovation, clean and digital transitions, better regulation, and sustainability. • Currently, I serve as Head of EU Policy Monitoring & Advocacy at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) in Brussels, where I lead a team analysing EU policy developments, designing and implementing advocacy strategies, engaging with institutions, coordinating responses to consultations, and promoting CDP’s visibility and strategic interests at the European level. • Previously, I spent nearly a decade at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), holding roles including Senior Research Fellow, Head of Policy Evaluation, and Head of Business Development. I created CEPS’ business development office and led consultancy projects, EU‑funded evaluations, impact assessments, and public consultations, managing large consortia, securing multi‑million‑euro projects, and engaging directly with EU institutions, trade associations, and corporate stakeholders. • With academic roots in law and economics, including a PhD from LUISS Guido Carli University and research experience at UC Berkeley and Tel Aviv University, I combine analytical rigor with practical knowledge of EU institutions and funding programmes. I have extensive experience managing teams, developing organizational structures, and bridging public policy and corporate strategy.
