About Felicet Gration

People don’t buy solutions. They buy outcomes they can trust.” I learned that the hard way. Once missing a flight because a logistics system failed to flag a delay. That small moment made me rethink the real cost of broken processes and sparked my obsession with building systems that deliver outcomes, not excuses. Today, as Business Development Manager (APAC & Europe) at VisAI Labs, my journey has been about more than hitting sales targets. I’ve partnered with enterprises across regions to streamline parcel operations, cut costs, and boost accuracy using AI-powered dimensioning solutions. I thrive on turning complex problems into measurable results by bridging technical teams, customers, and stakeholders. Here’s what I focus on: • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Scaling AI and Computer Vision solutions across APAC & Europe. • Strategic Partnerships: Forging alliances that accelerate market entry and long-term growth. • Outcome-Driven Sales: Sales strategies that solve problems instead of adding noise. • Practical Innovation: Automation that improves efficiency without overwhelming people or processes. I’ve worked with logistics leaders, e-commerce giants, and global enterprises who share one goal: make operations smarter, faster, and more reliable. If your growth is slowed by outdated processes or you’re curious how AI can unlock new efficiency, I’d love to connect. Because every system tells a story… you just must know where to listen.
