As an accounts payable analyst and former accounts receivable analyst, I solve healthcare system issues by incorporating strong analytics and leveraging insight into the revenue cycle from both sides of the house. I can improve cash management and strengthen financial planning decisions. A reliable and consistent leader, I deliver innovative solutions and often provide a unique viewpoint for AP and AR issues. I am known for initiating collaboration with other departments to reach a common company goal. Some of my accomplishments so far- Cut overdue balances 15% by developing account management automation (previously manual) and building macro reports in Excel- Increased cash collections 25% by avoiding delays in payment/correction and developing and executing efficient billing and collection processes, including adding information such as PO information (outside of regular business practice)- Improved customer satisfaction 60% and operational efficiency 50% by boosting cross-functional collaboration and initiating meetings with groups with no previous working relationships.
