Committed to creating job opportunities for all populations, including neuro-typical, and neuro-diverse. With a background in analytics, tech, food/beverage/ CPG, and law, I’ve been fortunate to help companies of many sizes hire great teams. I’ve built strategic internship programs for undergrad and masters-level students, led an IT staffing team, and developed creative recruitment strategies to place Directors, VPs, and C-suite level talent at high-growth F&B companies. Recently, I participated in google’s Tech Stars Start-Up Weekend. And while I came in 1st (which was awesome), my biggest takeaway was a new way to solve problems. I’m passionate about recruiting and consistently seeking new ways to make our industry better.
