As a manager and consultant, I help clients develop strategic communication plans to drive innovation, provide the bridge of organizational strategy, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and develop community engagement and empowerment.As an educator, I strongly believe in exposing all students to real-world experiences. Hence, they have an understanding and foundation to build from to help shape future experiences irrespective of their career field. I employ a mix of Servant and Authentic Leadership theories in my classroom. Between both leadership styles, my students understand what it means to be transparent and morally grounded. They can encourage and empower those around them to be better versions of themselves.
