June 1, 2020: I pledge to make it a central goal of my professional and personal life to take anti-racist actions. I acknowledge that in my daily life I have implicit bias and my actions and inactions continue to perpetuate racism. I am not always sure exactly what to say or do, but I hereby promise that that is not going to stop me anymore.
