In 2008 Felicity attained a Diploma in Journalism Arts, specializing in print media (with Honours) from SAIT and in 2010 earned a Bachelor of Communication Studies from the University of Calgary. In September of 2013 Felicity began the online course work needed to complete a Master of Arts in Professional Communication through Royal Roads University.
