About Felicity Guevara

I am a student of the world. Learning through experiences and mentorships enrichens my capability to apply my self best in an abundant variety of environments with different sets of expectations. By opening myself up to different opportunities, I have been able to-Improve interpersonal skills as captain of my high school cheer team by making the environment more inclusive and welcoming -Promote efficiency and become more adaptable by working at a drive-thru Dunkin during the beginning of the global pandemic when the number of workers were scarce. I was able to handle a morning rush alone with one other employee by splitting the work of six people and making it feasible for two efficient workers to complete -Build my leadership by running a cheer team specifically catered to students who have disabilities -Learn to utilize my emotional intelligence to resolve conflicts within the workplace while working at Dunkin and Liberty Bagel -Utilize creative problem solving to improve events such as WasteNot hosted by the Office of Sustainability at Wesleyan University My goal is to continuously apply myself to improve the livelihood of the world around me. The world has given so much to me already, my aspiration is to reciprocate this.
