About Felicity Price

As an employment and data protection lawyer, I provide advice to clients on a full range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. I was ranked as an "Associate to Watch" in Chambers and Partners Guide in 2012, 2013 and 2014. I advise HR managers, in-house lawyers and senior executives on the strategy and implementation of business reorganisations and restructures, including collective and individual redundancies, outsourcing and changing terms and conditions of employment. I also advise clients on day-to-day personnel issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, managing absences and performance issues, and termination of employment. I have experience of advising clients on a wide range of Tribunal claims, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, redundancy and TUPE. I have a particular interest in complex discrimination claims and I undertake advocacy on behalf of clients in the Tribunal. On the non-contentious side, I advise on all employment aspects of business sales and acquisitions, including undertaking due diligence, drafting warranties and indemnities, and advising on other TUPE-related issues. I advise clients on the practical implications of the new GDPR legislation and how to ensure compliance. I regularly draft and review clients’ employment contracts, company handbooks and policies and procedures in order to ensure legal compliance. I have also written and delivered various training courses to clients on a range of topics to support their effective management of the workforce, including dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues, managing employees with mental health conditions and TUPE.
