I am an innovative change leader, program designer, project manager, trainer, facilitator and strategic thinker. I have a diverse range of experience helping individuals and organizations transform the way they think about and do their best work. My experience working with people across sectors and functions has sparked my passion for the power of growth mindset and positive psychology to drive deep, lasting change. I believe in the power of identifying and developing every individual’s unique strengths to be and bring their best to work every day. I have a curiosity that’s never satisfied, and I’m always thinking about something, usually about what’s new, exciting, or next. If you want to start a conversation with me, ask me what I think (about anything, really!) and you’ll have me at hello. • STRATEGIC – I’m always on the lookout for relevant patterns, issues, and seemingly unrelated bits of information. Give me a scenario and I’ll instinctively find multiple paths forward, pinpoint core problems, identify the best solutions, and find ways to turn obstacles into opportunities. • ACHIEVER – When I believe passionately in a project, I will not rest until it is finished. I have an intense focus that helps me concentrate for long periods of time and push myself until I’ve accomplished my goal. • IDEATION – I’m fascinated by ideas, and I tire very quickly of doing the same things the same way. I thrive whenever I’m creating something new – whether it’s a theory, program, process, action plan, or routine. • CONNECTEDNESS – People come to me for advice because I find connections in everything, often in ways that seem new or surprising. Picking out patterns in seemingly unrelated concepts, events, or behaviours gives me a unique perspective on the big picture that others look to me to share.
