About Felipe Andrade

I consciously make all my decisions based on a set of values that reflect the hard-work ethic that my family developed during years of uncertainty, constructive failures, and boldness to break the barrier of poverty and kick-start our businesses. My unwavering focus is on expanding our company to attain the requisite scalability to create a high-performance environment specifically tailored for individuals who are eager to distinguish themselves. After accumulating years of experience in the consulting and financial sectors, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to revamp the business my parents founded from the ground up. In 2012, I devised a three-phase restructuring plan to transform our company, resulting in a year-on-year revenue increase of more than 40% on average (CAGR) since that time. Subsequently, as our business progressed, we drew in investors in 2017 to launch our first real estate fractional resort project, which consisted of 465 apartments and a General Sales Value of USD 140M. My long-term objective is to transform our enterprise into a billion-dollar water park entertainment complex and the largest in Latin America by 2040, in terms of both revenue and attendance. I am a practitioner of Transcendental Meditation, which I believe has enabled me to gain valuable business insights, enhance my open-mindedness, foster higher-level thinking, and improve equanimity. My sole purpose in life is to create a high-performance environment within our company that not only attracts but retains exceptional talent—particularly individuals who have faced the challenges of poverty and been denied opportunities to grow.
