About Felipe Borja

I’m the co-founder of Zeltask, a smart operations platform for the manufacturing industry. We empower frontline teams with intuitive web and mobile tools to manage maintenance, quality, and safety streamlining work orders, inspections, asset tracking, and inventory, while generating real-time insights to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Here’s how my journey has shaped Zeltask’s vision: I saw first-hand the inefficiencies in maintenance and operational processes when I managed the operations of over 20 convenience stores at Enex S.A.(Shell) and as part of the acquisition team at Falabella S.A. My last role was at Prisma Platform GmbH in Germany, where I worked as a Requirements engineer and UX designer, combining user-centered design with technical expertise to create scalable solutions. My MBA from the University of Leipzig strengthened my ability to understand what's urgent for SMEs, and was a small step towards leading one.
