Graduate in Engineering and MSC in Administration. Passionate about tech innovation, I’ve worked with technology since college. Internacional (Germany) experience, huge green/brown field project management experience.I had the opportunity to lead IT team during Jeep factory construction transforming a sugar cane field into a high tech factory producing the Jeep Renegade, Fiat Toro and Jeep Compass. The team had 17 direct employees and more than 100 contractors. Also had the opportunity to implement a SAP Full solution within 4 months of projects on the wiring harness facility of FCA.I’ve been working with agile process being part of a huge cultural change at Fiat driving the digital transformation with products and projects focused on customer experience. Learn fast, being versatile, proactive, good negotiation and conflict management skills. Digital Product Portfolio Management with an user centric approach I consider myself as a good problem solver.
