I am a Psychology undergraduate building a career in Human Resources, with a focus on connecting human behavior, organizational culture, and data-driven decision-making. I currently support the structuring of the People Development area, contributing to the design of processes, programs, and tools aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, and leadership development. Key contributions include: • Implementation of leadership development programs and internal talent mapping • Design of learning journeys, training sessions, and upskilling initiatives • Collection, analysis, and monitoring of climate, engagement, and performance metrics • Development and execution of internal communication, employer branding, and recognition initiatives • Design and implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being programs • Deployment of the Gupy platform to optimize recruitment efficiency and candidate experience • Structuring of core People Development policies, workflows, and processes Additional experience includes: • Strategic recruitment and selection, with a focus on cultural fit, behavioral interviews, and candidate experience • Climate and performance management, through KPI analysis and action plans in partnership with leadership • Applied organizational psychology, using principles of learning, motivation, and communication to strengthen engagement, culture, and performance I am driven by the purpose of building more human-centered and sustainable work environments that are aligned with business strategy - where culture, people, and results move forward together.
