Responsibilities:• Acting in the development of new products with the team of Designers / Engineers / Designers/ MKT, seeking to bring perceived value to the brand's products through design thoughts;• Ensure that the Projects meet the quality criteria and that they are in accordance with theestablished standards.• Lead Multidisciplinary teams and resources according to established plans.• Ensure that project objectives are met, through monitoring and mediationproject progress, and taking corrective action when necessary.• Ensure customer requirements are being met.• Develop contact with suppliers and project teams.• Ensure that deadlines and costs are being kept on schedule.• Formalize the acceptance of products from project phases or stages.• Carry out the prospection of technologies and assess the feasibility of their implementation.Technical skills:• Develop Sketch Mockups in Sketchbook / PhotoShop / Catia V5 / Keyshot• Develop 3D and 2D Product Designs and monitor the status of the project in theCATIA V5.• Develop Models and Molds Projects in 3D and 2D in CATIA V5.• Develop Designs / Processes / Technology in Sanitary Ceramics / Sanitary Metals.• Generate electronic mockups through computer graphics (3D rendering) to offerpreview, ambient and realistic proposals.• Participate in product presentations coming from designers and external offices;• Identify market trends and opportunities that solve customer needs andtranslate them into tangible solutions;Behavioral skills:• Creativity for problem solving;• Technical and integrated vision;• Self development;• Effectiveness in results;• Orientation towards quality results;• Managerial vision;• Self-control, confident and flexible;• High cognitive ability;• Leadership and teamwork;• Proactivity;• Solidarity;
