Seeker of problems who is passionate about finding creative ways of co create solutions in a human centered way My background is as BS Computer Science specifically. I started my professional journey as a tech developer and since then I have been moving to different roles until now where I am currently playing as Agile Project Manager with a clear orientation to Product Management. I love to help build purposeful and value driven cultures while we create solutions in any of its flavours (products, businesses, services, initiatives, etc). I believe in the power of synergies between people and organizations, collaborating with each other to reach our goals, and technology as a great enabler to think big and dream bigger. I believe in empathy as a key tool/value to understand that many times we are gathered to solve problems of others, not ours and without empathy the outcome will not be the same I believe in no golden rule, method or framework to solve all our problems. The challenge is to understand that reality is complex and we need to have the clearest vision of the contexts as we can possibly get to test the most suitable approaches. And I believe in many other things but I will leave those for later.
