Over the past decade in Tech roles, I’ve built a diverse background specializing in Data Center, Cloud, and Big Data technologies. For the last 11 years, I’ve focused on Recruitment, progressing from hands-on Tech Recruiter roles to leadership positions. I’ve led distributed teams and developed comprehensive Talent Acquisition and Talent Management frameworks. My career has sharpened my abilities in stakeholder engagement, business and people management, negotiation, data analysis, and solution design. I’ve successfully recruited for technical, corporate, and executive-level roles across multiple countries and continents. My recruitment approach is anchored in data and enhanced by frameworks like Agile, Design Thinking, and Analytics. I’ve overseen end-to-end recruitment processes, talent development initiatives, and strategic projects from inception to delivery. My experience spans startups, unicorns, large enterprises, and NGOs, with exposure to sectors such as Fintech, E-commerce, Technology, Financial Services, Energy, and Healthcare. Academically, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks and an MBA in Business Management.
