About Felipe Dutra

Hello, I'm Felipe Santos Dutra, a passionate Sustainability and Operations Transformation Specialist with a wealth of experience in leading projects across the mining, shipping, logistics, and public sectors. Over the years, I’ve remained committed to driving sustainability and environmental responsibility while ensuring operational efficiency and innovation.Recently, I’ve been engaged in a transformative decarbonization initiative within one of the largest judicial institutions in Latin America. This work has involved the strategic integration of energy efficiency measures, emissions inventory using the GHG Protocol, low-carbon technology assessments, and the formulation of a roadmap aligned with the SDG 13 and Brazil’s national climate commitments.I’m also leading a fuel innovation project selected by the ANP-NAVE Program, one of Brazil’s top national R&D initiatives for the energy sector. In partnership with PUC-Rio, we’re developing an IoT-based monitoring system to ensure fuel quality compliance in biodiesel-diesel blends—supporting regulatory enforcement, emissions reduction, and the broader decarbonization of road transport. With an MSc in Operational Research, I bring an analytical edge to the design and implementation of sustainability strategies—translating data into impactful action. My capabilities span carbon credit project structuring, cross-sectoral partnership development, and the advancement of ESG-driven innovation. If you are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking professional who can bridge technical execution and strategic sustainability leadership, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
