About Felipe Fleury

I am a lawyer admitted to the Bar Associations of both Brazil and Portugal, with nearly two decades of experience in tax law, advising individuals, families, and companies in the execution of local and cross-border transactions. I personally lead the highly qualified teams at Zockun Fleury Advogados in Brazil and FFSA in Portugal, working in both advisory and litigation matters involving Brazilian, Portuguese, and international law. My practice focuses on the prevention and resolution of administrative and judicial disputes, estate and succession planning, the structuring of family offices, and the management of complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and investments. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (since 2022). I hold an LL.B. in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP (2011), a Postgraduate Specialization in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies – IBET (2013), and an LL.M. in Public Law from PUC/SP (2016). I also teach Tax Law in the postgraduate program at IBET, where I serve as an academic advisor, and have previously lectured in Tax and Administrative Law at the Autonomous Faculty of Law (FADISP).
