My educational background is a Phd in Business Administration (electronic sales and marketing) by Valencia University (2022), MBA by Esade (1991), Master in Psychology by Separ (2002), certified as business/personal coach (2008-09) by Kairos Foundation (San Francisco, US) and l have an extensive experienced as manager or consultant in the fields of - consumer and industrial marketing at international, with experience as executive in multinational companies as Volkswagen, Unilever, Sara Lee, Bonduelle, Norauto, Organina Scheewpes and Famosa - managing sales teams and developing business across Europe and America for Cruz Verde Legrain, Famosa and Grupo Juinsa - leading teams of different cultures to drive innovation, building brands and grow sales at Sara Lee, Unilever, Famosa and Bonduelle - managing and developing teams in cultural change to reset the business, develop talent and grow performance and sales at Banc Sabadell (CAM, Banco Gallego), Campofrío and Zenith Media- long experience leading teams and building business in electronic context to build business through the technology enablers like Klaviyo, Empathy, Google Bigquery, AI tools etc… creating a client satisfying experience and cooperating with partners like Google, Amazon and Mirakl. I have managed the business development through sales in clients as Miravia, Worten, Leroy Merlin, Carrefour, Maison Du Monde, Venca, Sprinter, Planeta Huerto and Amazon Prime based in our warehouse, which based a major achievement of service quality and allowed as to be one of the top 100 suppliers on the home categories- Finally, l have being part of company boards for more than 15 years and supported top executives facing challenging situations in different industries.
