I am an Aviation Comercial Engineer from Federico Santa Maria University and Industrial Civil Engineering at San Sebastian University, where i won the Federico Santa Maria award that recognizes the best graduate of the year. I have been working as Planning Head at JetSMART Airlines since November 2023, where I am responsible for the short, medium, and long-term planning of crew training. In my role, I manage and negotiate with suppliers to support the initial and recurrent instruction of crews, analyze the performance of training, and control the costs and execution of the budget related to crew instruction. I also have experience as an Crew Analyst at JetSMART Airlines, where I planned the crew roster for the next month, conducted operational analysis, managed and automated data, and led projects of continuous improvement. I have developed skills in planning, creativity, and teamwork, and I am passionate about aviation and aerospace. I value innovation, efficiency, and safety, and I aim to contribute to the growth and success of JetSMART Airlines with my diverse perspectives and experiences.
