As the Tech Recruiting Coordinator at Incognia, I lead the recruiting team who is responsible for all levels of hard-to-fill tech and non-tech positions in Brazil and USA. I work closely with the hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver a data-driven strategy that provides insights into the candidate pipeline and guidance to the hiring team. I also manage the Recruitee ATS, the recruitment data analysis, the process improvements implementation (people analytics), and the onboarding cycle for new employees. I have developed policies, processes, and projects based on best practices and monitored the KPIs for the talent acquisition function.
