I founded Startup Farm, the first startup accelerator in Latin America. As COO of Start‑Up Brasil, I led the country’s first national public program supporting startups. I have also served as president of Abstartups and director at Dínamo, strengthening the ecosystem’s voice with government, corporations and investors. I have supported 10 startups, governments and companies across 20+ countries, helping them raise over BRL 1 billion in venture capital through initiatives I led. Today I am CEO of 10K Digital, a consultancy that leverages Artificial Intelligence, open innovation and acceleration methodologies to unlock rapid growth for companies and innovation ecosystems.
