I am passionate about finding ways to improve what's around me. Whether it is by designing a more cost-effective service delivery model, advising a colleague on how to network in the right areas, or simply finding alternative layouts for everyday apps that would better suit my needs, I am driven to understand the logic behind each challenge and collaborate to make it easier to understand and overcome. This is what I've done for 10 years in Management Consulting and Financial Services: making companies, teams and professionals work better. This has allowed me to follow my passion in a fast-paced environment, with the best talent, in 3 different continents and multiple industries, all while bringing forward my personal strengths and leadership style. I love working with people, understanding the team's individual contributions and thinking of innovative ways to make good things great. When I'm not at the office, you will find me exploring new places, making music, playing with my dog or watching Netflix.
