Innovative and strategic Customer Experience Consultant with over 15 years of experience in service design, currently leading as the Strategy & CX Director at Globant. My journey in enhancing customer experiences began with my architectural education at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, evolving into a passion for creating impactful service designs. At Globant since 2019, I've been instrumental in strategizing and implementing customer-centric solutions that drive business growth. Prior to this, I played a pivotal role as the Service Design Manager, shaping the service design framework and processes. My tenure at Liquid Latam as the Service Design Director honed my skills in leading diverse projects, fostering innovative service design strategies. As an educator, I've been imparting knowledge as a professor at CES center of the UAI Business school of Chile since 2015, specializing in experience design, and at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, teaching service design. My expertise is underpinned by certifications in Service Design from Design Thinkers Academy, Design Leadership from Design Council UK, and a specialization in Lean Service from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. With a skill set that encompasses Service Design Thinking, User Experience Design, Branding, and Business Strategy, I am committed to transforming customer experiences through innovative, research-based strategies that ensure high business impact.
