Main Qualifications • 28 years’ experience in Automotive and Medical industry, 18 years’ experience in coaching team development different areas: Finances, HR, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Materials, Maintenance, Engineering and PM. • Strong knowledge in P&L. • Bussiness plan development and execution based in QCDP + EH & S+CI. • Strong Knowledge and experience in: Business Plan, Budget and KPI´s definition, tracking and compliance. • Well understanding of Automotive/Medical Customer requirements. • High Performance Teams implementation (Effective Communication with facility employees, mid-level and Senior Management. • Implementation of Total Quality as a culture throughout the organization. • Production equipment Management, installation and start up: Molding presses, Robots, bonding machines and Assy cells. • CAPA knowledge and implementation: 8d´s, PDCA, QRQC, 5p. • Experience in Quality and Environmental Systems Implementation, Certification and Surveillance: ISO ISO 13485, TS 16949, IATF, ISO 14001 and Q1. • Strong knowledge in Process set up and production planning and execution. • Strong Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology/Philosophy Implementation in different Organizations. • Supply Chain Management; from suppliers to customers, including brokers and transportation companies. • Strong experience working with multidisciplinary teams (USA, Canada, Germany, France and Japan). Experience in manufacturing process: Injection molding, ultrasonic welding, hot stamping, pad printing, welding, rolling, extrusion, RIM for glass and Steering wheels, leather wrapping and assembly of different high tolerance, safety and medical components, painting, metal stamping and machining. Main customers attended: Ford, Chrysler, General Motors, VW, Nissan and Honda in different locations in México, USA and Europe / Third one: Bosch, Brose, Continental, Valeo and Hella. Non Automotive: DTNA, Ethicon, J&J, BRP, John Deere, CAT.
