I am a product professional currently working in the Digital Business Directorate at Banco do Brasil. Passionate about driving business through innovative strategies. Recently, I coordinated teams responsible for the website bb.com.br, Blog BB, Digital Growth, and Digital Marketing. Currently, I serve as the Product Manager for the "Minhas Finanças" product. Education- Bachelor's in Administration from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ)- Postgraduate degrees in Financial Business from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (Ibmec), in Technology for Business: AI, Data Science and Big Data (PUC - RS) and in Digital Business (USP/Esalq). Professional Background: With 25 years of experience in the banking sector, having worked in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, and Brasília. Expertise in Financing and Digital Products: I worked for 13 years in the management of credit for individuals, as well as in the structuring, modeling, and development of digital loan and financing products. I directly participated in digital solutions for vehicle financing, acting as the business leader in launching the first 100% digital vehicle financing solution in the market in 2015. From 2017 onwards, I started working as a Product Owner in one of BB's first agile teams, applying agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Innovation and Intrapreneurship: In 2018 and 2019, I was part of a cross-functional and multidisciplinary squad that developed an innovative digital solution for the vehicle financing market ("Qual Carro"). This project, a collaborative initiative between Banco Votorantim and Banco do Brasil, was accelerated at the time in Labbs, BB's innovation lab in Silicon Valley. Digital Business and Digital Acceleration: From 2020 onwards, I coordinated the launch of the new website bb.com.br and Blog BB. Additionally, during this period, I worked in the Digital Marketing team with actions to induce digital business and also worked in a cross-functional Growth Hacking squad. From 2023 onwards, I started working as a Product Manager in the "first wave" of BB's Digital Acceleration Movement in a squad for the "Minhas Finanças" product. Currently, we conduct actions related to user experience, development of new journeys and features, digital induction actions, acquisition and engagement/reduction of churn, analytical intelligence, among others.
