As a Data Consultant at Australia Post, I apply my skills and knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Web Development to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience and business performance. I have over six years of experience in programming, data analysis, and machine learning, using various frameworks and tools such as Python, R, Java, JavaScript, PySpark, Airflow, Flask, Django, React, OpenCV, Keras, and PyTorch. I am passionate about leveraging technology to positively impact the lives of individuals and businesses, and I enjoy working in collaborative and agile environments, both as a contributor and a leader. Recently, I was the product owner and team leader of an AI software engineering capstone project at the University of Melbourne, where I built and deployed a web app to visualise AI autonomous planning solutions. I delivered 100% of the requirements and user stories on time, met 88% of the intermediate milestones on time and within scope, and completed 96% of the quality assurance checks by implementing good practices such as automated testing, CI/CD pipeline, containerisation, and cloud deployment.
