About Felipe Salzer e Silva 李天乐

Currently, I am dedicated to design a National Urban Mobility Strategy, aiming to foster investments in medium and high capacity public transport systems in the main Metropolitan Regions of Brazil. Leader of public sector intelligence unit @BNDES, responsible for: i) concessions & privatizations project management office (PMO); ii) scalable & replicable products development for municipalities; and data & knowledge management. In 2018 I had the opportunity to work as senior consultant at the Strategy and Partner Division at New Development Bank (NDB) in Shanghai for 5 months. After that I returned to Brasil to lead BNDES’ Digital Channels Office focused on SMEs, being also responsible for overseeing institutional relationships of the Bank with FinTechs. From 2012 to 2017, I have worked as Strategy and Project Management Officer and had the opportunity to act as a strategy transformation leader at BNDES. Previously, I have also worked in different management consultancies firms, acting in more than 20 projects in public and private organizations in the sectors of energy, transport, education, technology, among others. I currently live in Rio de Janeiro / Brasil and I have also lived in Europe and Asia, always seeking to expand my worldview.
