Welcome on board! First of all, thank you for your time reading my profile description. Who I am? At present, I am working happily as Chief Base Captain for Italy at Vueling airlines. I joined this great team eight years ago as a F/O. Vueling has given me the opportunity to give grow as a professional, as a person and as leader. I have always tried to improve my knowledge skills and competences because there is nothing more constant that change as Heraclitus stated more than two centuries ago. In the past two years, I have completed a leadership course at Harvard Business school Online Platform to deliver to my colleagues the best possible service. At present, I am studying an MBA at UNIR to better understand the new reality in transformation & innovation within the aviation industry. Previously, I flew as Captain and TRI for Equaflight Service (IOSA Company) flying the following airplanes: ATR42/72 & Emb-120. I was the flight operations manager postholder for Equaflight Service which gave me the opportunity to put in practice all my knowledge, that I got, when I studied for 4 years the Aviation Management bacherlor`s degree at Autonoma University in Madrid. In the past, I worked as Flight Training Manager postholder and Captain for Flightline BCN, a charter company based in Barcelona. It was a very challenging project for me and I learnt a lot for this kind of flexible operation. On top of this, I have been sharing my experiences and knowledge as CRM and Dangerous Goods instructor by and IATA approved school. I am a flexible, resilent and open-minded person. I am used to working in changing environments, managing people from different nationalities and always open to learn and accept new challenges.
