Felipe's history includes being in charge of administrating and monitoring Business Systems & Procedures on behalf of divisional and site teams, where he investigated, rectified and resolved issues pertaining to compliance, security, risk, quality assurance and operating efficiency. A stickler for quality, Felipe has always championed “Continuous Improvement” as a culture and mindset that helped managers and teams achieve set KPIs and SLAs, as he was able to identify and understand unique and complex business conditions and put in place measures and processes to maximise productivity and performance. He is currently working for Telstra, designing and implementing his team’s compliance policies and procedures against the brand’s strategic goals and vision. Prior to this role, Felipe worked for SENSIS as a Quality Assurance Analyst. He has also worked in Accounting, which adds a wonderful dimension to his commercial acumen.
