I'm committed to forest restoration through sustainable land use models that merge technical expertise with local knowledge, driven by social participation and the engagement of multiple stakeholders. My passion lies in global issues related to tropical forests, NBS, ESG, carbon, water, land use, and climate adaptation. I thrive in multidisciplinary, complex, and creative environments. As a forest engineer with a master's in tropical forest management from Erasmus Mundus (Germany and France) and specialization in environmental management from the UNEP/UFRJ program, I bring extensive experience in sustainability and socio-environmental management in large private projects and the non-profit sector. Proficient in managing complex projects and large portfolio contracts, I excel in leading and motivating diverse teams, stakeholder engagement, and conducting scientific research. I have significant experience in ecosystem restoration, from conception to operationalization, particularly in implementing forest and agroforestry restoration projects, technical design and development, ARR/Carbon Projects, Payment for Environmental Services (PES), collaborative network formation (seeds and seedling producers), and the development and monitoring of socio-environmental and ecological indicators.
