About Felipe Viveiro

I am an engineer by education and psychologist at heart. I love working with data, figuring out the patterns, as I am passionate about understanding and helping people. As an RSM MBA student focusing on Strategic Management, I am also developing now a better understanding of how organisations compete and industries work. For my next job, I am looking for a job that allows me to use the best of my data, people and management skills to deliver real change to the world. For 6 years, I was partner and co-owner at NegociArte Consultoria Empresarial, focusing on developing and managing learning and development programs for our clients, especially in soft kills (Leadership, Negotiation, Customer Service, Sales and Presentation skills). I am a Career and skills development coach, and I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC)- ICF. My work has the objective of supporting clients to improve and achieve meaningful behaviour change to get consistently better results through self knowledge and reflecting on our daily attitudes. In the past, I have worked with data analysis, coding in very different languages (SQL, C#, PHP), and statistical modelling for investment strategies at Principia (a quant hedge fund) and credit risk at Banco Itaú. Last, but no least, I am an entrepreneur who founded and ran a startup about international concerts in Brazil, Rockin'Chair.
