As the FDR Manager at Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA), a leading healthcare organization that provides integrated care and services to people with complex needs, I coordinate the oversight of compliance programs for all Medicare First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities. With over seven years of experience in the health care industry, I have developed strong analytical, communication, and team building skills that enable me to deliver high-quality results and solutions. In my current role, I also review RFP responses and documentation for regulatory compliance, assist and manage internal and external corrective action plans, and serve as a liaison with key internal departments. Additionally, I have a background in network management, as I have worked as a Provider Network Manager at Anthem, Inc, where I conducted complex negotiations and created provider contracts, collaborated with other key areas on enterprise projects, and prepared financial projections and analysis. I hold an MBA in Health Care Administration and Management and a Paralegal Certificate from Franklin Pierce University. I am passionate about improving health outcomes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
