About Felix Baez

As a seasoned Arts Manager with over 18 years of experience in Colombia's cultural and entertainment industries, I have honed my skills in managing and coordinating large-scale cultural and artistic projects. One of the highlights of my career was overseeing the Rock al Parque Festival in 2014-2015, one of Latin America's most significant music festivals, attracting over attendees over three days. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with both public and private institutions, bringing my expertise in cultural entrepreneurship and project development to a wide range of audiences as a speaker. As an entrepreneur, I have founded several successful ventures, including Laplataforma.net, Zoocio Agencia, and Creative Advisor. After earning my Master's degree in Creative Media and Technology from BerkleeNYC, one of the most prestigious institutions for music education, I shifted my focus to live event design, VJing, and videography. Currently, I work at Power Station at BerkleeNYC, one of the world's leading music recording studios, located in New York City. In the past two years, I have delved deeper into the audiovisual field, filming numerous music videos, recording concerts, performances, interviews, and more. Additionally, in the last year, I joined the staff at BerkleeNYC as an Education Support Associate. In this role, I oversee and support graduate assistants, ensuring their successful integration and performance within the institution.
