Shared Services / GBS / BPO / Executive specialized in Delivery & Transformation with practical experience in matrix organizations and driving outcomes. For more than 20 years I’ve been building a career setting up Shared Services strategies, leading transformational programs and creating customer-centric organizations by leveraging technology, process and employee potential. Currently leading over 1,500 professionals across 3 locations towards a completely new “integrated” operating model. Initiated my career in Brazil, where I’ve had experiences in entrepreneurship, marketing, and sales. I then moved to the US to complete a MBA in Strategic Management while working in supply chain and procurement. For the past 15 years I’ve been living in Romania where I’ve been working in a wide range of Outsourcing and Shared Services roles. Worth adding that a large part of my time has been spent in Asia, especially India and the Philippines, setting up new sites and leading multiple transformational projects — building new organizations and growing my understanding of the global market. My Outsourcing and Shared Services roles hold a history of streamlining business landscapes, strategic planning and strong decision making. From strategy to transformation leading large global teams to drive the implementations, change management and organizational adoption. As for my leadership style, I tend to be transformational centered in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Often adjusting to ensure the outcome is achieved… from conversations to escalations, every tool is an option. I’m intentional about my growth and learning, and I’m invested in supporting people’s development. Historically, my organizations reach over 60% on internal promotion/movements. Solving complex problems with creative, strategic thinking is something I truly enjoy. Navigating challenging dynamics comes from the experience of leading large and multicultural team in fast paced initiatives.
