In my professional career, as a founder and now for over 15 years at the Serviceplan Group, I have been able to pursue the passion of not only developing strategies, but above all actually implementing them. In the highly dynamic marketing industry, the right mix of vision and pragmatism is essential. Implementing the strategy with concrete initiatives, reacting quickly to setbacks or new insights, motivating and empowering teams to go their own way and thus stay ahead of the competition even in difficult times. Through my activities as Brand Manager, Director New Business, General Manager Business Development or currently as CMO of the Serviceplan Group, I have been able to continuously expand my experience in sales and marketing management, branding and the development of marketing strategies. In an internationally expanding company, I have built global CRM systems and sales strategies, established global website ecosystems and set standards for international collaboration. I bring a fresh perspective and solution-orientated thinking to achieve the company's goals.
