With over twenty years of experience in program and project management, I am currently the Head of Program Management at Manulife Hong Kong, where I oversee the delivery of all strategic IT and business initiatives across Hong Kong. I have a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I have strong skills in IT project management, stakeholder management, finanical forecasting, resource planning, and digital transformation, as well as a proven track record of delivering complex and high-impact solutions on time and within budget. I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams, and I strive to foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
